The mid-Pacific coast region is pure, timeless old Baja, huge sweeps of beach broken by remote rocky points. There are old family ranches, small market gardens and a couple of isolated villages. Life in this beautiful place unfolds slowly, in tune with the seasons and the needs of the day.

The development neighborhood offers oceanfront and view lots, safe swimming, some of Baja Sur's best surfing (Punta Conejo), whale-watching and a large organic garden, together with arroyos, cardonales (cactus forests) and endless hiking trails.

Playas Pacificas, a coastal residential development, lies in the middle of the mid-Pacific coast just an hour northwest of La Paz International Airport, and offers a peaceful, secure and serviced rural beach environment. Access to Playas Pacificas is easy: turn off the main highway at Km38 north of La Paz, and follow the attractive paved road to Conquista.
