The Interior view lots lie in the center of Phase One. Due to the seaward-sloping topography of Phase One, all have white water views similar to the western cliffside lots, at an even higher elevation.

This group of lots are all interior lots. Do NOT be misled by this – the topography of the First Phase slopes UP from the cliffs, and the interior lots are thus situated higher than the cliffside lots - the views in many cases are better than the cliffside views.
